Streaming Reliability Guarantee

We are committed to delivering a stable, high-quality live streaming experience. In the rare event that significant interruptions occur, the following guarantee is in place:

If the live stream is interrupted for more than 25 consecutive minutes, a 50% refund of the streaming service will be issued.

If the live stream is interrupted for more than 45 consecutive minutes, a 100% refund of the streaming service will be issued.
Conditions of Eligibility
This guarantee applies only in cases where service disruption is directly caused by our own equipment failure, lack of preparedness, or operational error.
This guarantee does not apply to circumstances outside of our control, including but not limited to:

Footage Delivery Assurance
All cameras record locally throughout the event.
In the event of a stream failure, the client will still receive:
