Cancellation Policy
LOOK BOOK WORKSHOP TERMS & CONDITIONS (For full terms, please refer to the Official Look Book Workshop Page.) 1. GENERAL TERMS The Look Book is an RSVP-based event with limited availability. Spots are secured on a first-come, first-served basis unless an attendee has an active membership, which guarantees priority access. Attendees must be 18 or older. Minors (under 18) require prior written parental/guardian consent. Professional and respectful behavior is mandatory. Any harassment, inappropriate conduct, or disruption will result in immediate removal without a refund. Event details (date, time, location) may change. Attendees will be notified in advance of modifications. 2. BOOKING & PAYMENT Registration includes the standard package as booked. Upgrades or add-ons must be purchased in advance, at the event before the shoot, or afterward (if applicable). Payments for upgrades, add-ons, or premium services are non-refundable unless the event is canceled or rescheduled by the organizer. No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the event forfeit their spot and pre-paid services. Rescheduling is not guaranteed but may be considered case by case. 3. PHOTO USAGE & RIGHTS Models retain ownership of their images for personal use, portfolios, and self-promotion (social media, personal websites, comp cards, etc.). The Look Book and its affiliated photographers may use images for marketing, social media, and event materials unless the model opts out in writing before the event. Commercial use (ads, endorsements, resale) is prohibited without prior written permission from the photographer. Photography & Media Release: I grant The Look Book Workshop photographers and organizers the right to capture, edit, and use my images for promotional, commercial, and portfolio purposes. My images may be used across digital, print, and social media platforms, including marketing materials and website galleries. I retain personal use rights but acknowledge the photographers’ and organizers’ discretion over usage. I will not receive payment or royalties for image use. I release The Look Book Workshop, photographers, and affiliates from any claims regarding image use. By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
