5. Pricing & Payment Terms

All prices listed on the Site are in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to adjust pricing for promotions, errors, or shifts in supplier/manufacturing costs.

If a price is incorrect due to a typographical error, system glitch, or third-party interference, YRZTRLY reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

b. Taxes & Duties

Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping address. For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may be charged by your local government upon delivery.

We do not control these fees and are not responsible for delays or additional costs related to customs clearance.

• Orders that appear to be bulk/resale without approval

c. Partial Fulfillment

d. Order Edits & Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled unless requested within 2 hours of purchase and the order has not yet been processed for shipping. We cannot make size or address changes after this window.

​We ship like we style—clean, fast, and with intention. Whether you're copping a limited drop or grabbing an everyday staple, we aim to get your order to you reliably and with care.

a. Shipping Regions

​

We currently ship to addresses within the United States and select international countries. If you’re outside of our standard delivery zones and want to place an order, contact us directly and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Please note: We do not ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

​

b. Carriers

​

Domestic orders are shipped via major carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx, depending on your location, package size, and shipping method selected. We do not allow customers to choose the carrier.

International orders are typically shipped through USPS International or DHL Express, depending on the destination and service availability.

c. Estimated Delivery Times

• Domestic Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after fulfillment

• Domestic Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after fulfillment

• International Shipping: 7–21 business days (customs may extend this window)

Please note: Delivery time does not include processing/fulfillment time which may vary depending on product availability (see Section 6).

d. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are subject to carrier accuracy and availability. If your tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, give it a little time—it’s likely still in transit.

e. Delivery Issues & Lost Packages

​

Once a package leaves our hands, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier. YRZTRLY is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once marked as delivered. However, if you experience a shipping issue, contact us and we’ll do our best to help you file a claim with the carrier.

If your delivery address was entered incorrectly and the order ships, YRZTRLY is not responsible for recovery or replacement. Double-check before you submit.

f. International Customs & Duties

​

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and taxes imposed by their country. These fees are not included in our prices or shipping costs and must be paid upon delivery.

8. Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

YRZTRLY stands behind the energy and intention of everything we drop. But if something’s off, we’ll work with you—within reason. Due to the nature of our exclusive, small-batch, and sometimes made-to-order products, all return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or accept returns based on:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Wrong size ordered

• Shipping delays

• Changes of mind

c. Sizing & Fit Issues

We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizing. All sizing info is made available on the product page. If the item appears to have a manufacturing error (e.g., mislabeled size), please contact us within 3 days and include photos for review.

d. Unauthorized Returns

Any items returned to us without prior approval will not be accepted, and no refund or exchange will be issued. We are not responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is authorized and related to a confirmed defect or fulfillment error.

e. AI-Generated & Mockup Visuals Disclaimer

Please be aware that many product images on our site are based on AI-generated visuals or digital mockups. These are artistic previews used for concept presentation. If you tag YRZTRLY on social media or use any branded hashtag (e.g., #YRZTRLY, #YoursTruly, #CreativeDirectorUniform), you grant us permission to repost, feature, or share your content across our platforms—including our website, email campaigns, and marketing materials.

We respect your work and aim to credit all creators when possible. If you'd like content removed, contact us and we’ll honor your request.

22. Pre-Order & Limited Drop Policy

YRZTRLY occasionally offers pre-order items, limited-edition drops, or made-to-order products. These pieces may feature extended fulfillment timelines, and by purchasing, you agree to the following:

• Full payment is required at checkout

• Estimated shipping dates are provided but not guaranteed

• Orders cannot be canceled once placed

• Delays due to supply chain, production, or volume are possible

• Pre-order items may not be eligible for return (see Section 8)
