Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective. In the rare event that your item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photo evidence.

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet our criteria.

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, domestic delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on location. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched. We currently ship within the U.S. only.

Pre-orders allow customers to reserve upcoming items before they are available for immediate shipment. When a pre-order is placed, payment is collected at checkout to secure the order. Once the pre-order window closes, production and fulfillment begin.

Pre-order items are manufactured, prepared, and shipped after the designated production period. Shipping timelines vary depending on the item and production schedule.

Shipping methods selected at checkout apply once orders begin shipping, not from the date the pre-order is placed.

Delivery estimates reflect transit time after shipment and do not include production or processing time.

Example:

If pre-orders open on January 1st and orders begin shipping on February 15th, the selected shipping method (including expedited options) takes effect starting February 15th, not January 1st.
